Due to the reliance on imported fabrics, domestic spinners have disappeared so that many qualities of wool are not possible to get made 100% domestically

We use American Woolen luxury fabrics for all wool outerwear.
Merino wool is naturally antimicrobial so it can be worn longer, requiring less dry cleaning chemicals
Merino conducts heat and wicks moisture better than conventional wool, supporting multi season dressing and less apparel consumption
Synthetics such as acetate, rayon, spandex and polyester are commonly used in linings. Synthetics are Petroleum based.
